• It is preferable to use designated communication channels (such as forums, internal email, or messaging within the platform).
Third: Violations and Unacceptable Behavior
• Harassment or verbal bullying.
• Sending group or promotional messages without permission.
• Speaking on behalf of another party or impersonating an identity.
• Spreading rumors or misleading information.
Fourth: Procedures in the event of a violation
Depending on the type of violation, the entity may take the following actions:
• Official warning or caution.

• Exclusion from the training course.
• Submitting a report to the relevant administrative or legal authority, if necessary.
