Here are two separate and complementary models of electronic training guides for:
1. The trainer in the e-learning environment
2. The trainee in the e-learning environment

Each guide includes the most important points that help ensure a successful and organized training experience.

 Guide for the trainer in the e-learning environment

First: Before the training begins
• ✅ Ensure that the training content is ready in an appropriate electronic format (PDF, video, presentations, etc.).
• ✅ Upload the content to the platform well in advance of the course start.
• ✅ Prepare the training plan and the time allocated for each session.
• ✅ Test technical equipment (microphone, camera, presentation, internet connection).

Second: During the training sessions
• Start the session on time.
• Welcome the trainees and inform them of the session objectives.
• Encourage interaction through questions, surveys, and discussion rooms.
• Use the platform's tools effectively (screen sharing, whiteboard, surveys).
• Deal with inappropriate comments professionally in accordance with the communication policy.

Third: After the session ends
• Share the session summary or recording (if available).
• Submit the accompanying assignments or tasks.
• Follow up on trainees' evaluations and achievements within the platform.
• Respond to trainees' inquiries in a timely manner.

Fourth: Technical and Organizational Aspects
• Protect trainee data and prevent its sharing.
• Monitor attendance and interaction reports.
• Notify technical support immediately upon any technical issues.

Trainee Guide in the E-Learning Environment

First: Before the course begins
• ✅ Ensure a suitable device and stable internet connection are available.
• ✅ Download the approved training application/platform.
• ✅ Pre-register for the course and ensure you have your login information.
• ✅ View the course schedule and session times.

Second: During Sessions
• ⏰ Enter on time.
• Mute your microphone during the lecture to avoid distractions.
• Interact with the trainer when needed using the platform's tools (raise hand, chat).
• Take notes from the session.
• Respect the opinions of others and adhere to the communication policy.

Third: After Sessions
• Complete the required activities and tasks within the specified time.
• Review the recorded training content (if available).
• Follow up on the trainer's evaluations and feedback.
• Ask questions or inquiries via support channels or the course forum.

Fourth: Technical and Behavioral Aspects
• Do not share login information with anyone.
• Ensure that the software used is up-to-date.
• Adhere to the integrity and attendance policies in the training environment.
