The general objective of the training program

To help trainees acquire and develop important life skills for the leadership personality.

Detailed objectives of the training program

At the end of the course, the trainee will be able to:

- List the importance of the leadership personality

- Mention the skill of self-confidence

- Be able to speak without fear and shyness

- Cooperate and take responsibility
